The title of this editions is Yokohama Triennale 2017 " Islands, Constellations & Galapagos experts from varlous fields, including art historian, artist, curator, anatomist and philasopher, were convened to deepen the concept and to discuss on the challanges of the modern society beyond the world of art. As aresult, artworks related to the themes of connectivity and isolation by artist active inside and outside Japan were selectedto be on exhibit at the Yokohama Museum Of Art, Yokohama Museum of Art, Yokohama red brick werehose no. 1 and the basemnet of the Yokohama part opening momerial Hall. In history of development since the port opening we hope that our visitor will enjoy the triennale along with the various programs thet will be presented trhoughout the creative city of Yokohaman.
